From brief to published

Five stages, one pipeline. You decide which niches, which channels and what goes live; ChannelForge does the work in between.

  1. 1

    Research niches

Describe a brief. ChannelForge researches it and proposes niches, each scored for demand, supply, renderability, depth and risk.

  2. 2

    Draft channels

Each niche you pick becomes a channel draft — name, handle, voice, palette, settings and starter topics — ready for your review.

  3. 3

Build kit & brand on GPUs

An AI agent on our GPU fleet builds the channel’s own animation kit — a real-time 3D/2D renderer, templates and a style gallery — plus its brand suite.

  4. 4

    Generate & critique episodes

A script, rendered scenes, captions that carry the story, music and sound design, and a thumbnail. An independent AI critic checks each video and sends it back until it passes.

  5. 5

    Publish & learn

Episodes go out on your schedule to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Retries never double-post, and lessons from each episode feed the next.

The whole channel, not just the video

Research, brand, animation, quality control, publishing and analytics — in one workspace your team shares.

  • Niche research

Start from a brief. Get niches scored for demand, supply, renderability, depth and risk before you commit to one.

  • Channel kits

Every channel gets its own real-time 3D/2D renderer, scene templates and a style gallery, built for it on our GPUs.

  • Brand suites

A logo, plates and the image sizes each platform asks for, all drawn from the channel’s own palette.

  • Original episodes

A script, rendered scenes, captions that carry the story, music and sound design, and a thumbnail. Animated from scratch — never stock footage.

  • Quality critic & fix rounds

An independent AI critic checks picture, pacing, captions, loudness, flashes and variety, and sends work back until it passes.

  • Scheduled publishing

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn on your calendar. Failed uploads are retried, and a post never goes out twice.

  • Analytics & lessons

Follow how every episode performs. Lessons learned from past episodes are fed into the ones that come next.

  • Teams, roles & API

Workspaces, teams and projects with owner, admin, editor and viewer roles — plus API keys for your own tools.

Built to run at scale

The same production system runs one channel or a hundred — and keeps running when something goes wrong.

  • A shared GPU fleet, scheduled fairly

Jobs render on NVIDIA L4 GPUs, started on demand and stopped when idle. Fair-share scheduling stops one busy workspace from crowding out the rest, and larger plans run more jobs at once with a higher queue priority.

  • Queued jobs with live progress

Every job shows where it is — waiting, building, rendering, in review — and how far along, while it runs.

  • Credits metered from real usage

A job is charged for the model tokens and GPU seconds it actually used, so a short, simple episode costs less than a long, scene-heavy one.

  • A scheduler that heals itself

It watches every publishing slot: a failed upload is retried, a slot it could not fill is reported with the reason, and nothing is posted twice.

Built to hold the keys to your channels.

ChannelForge publishes as you on every platform you connect, so security is designed into how it runs — not left to a settings page.

Read the security overview

  • Encrypted end to end

TLS from your browser through Cloudflare to an origin that only accepts Cloudflare.

  • Sealed platform tokens

OAuth tokens for your channels and every other secret are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

  • Strong sign-in

argon2id password hashing, TOTP two-factor and sessions you can revoke from settings.

  • Isolated generation

Each job runs alone under its own unprivileged user and never holds our cloud or model keys.

  • Private media

Episodes live in a private S3 bucket and are served only through short-lived signed links.

  • Cards stay with Stripe and PayPal

Payments run on their pages. We never see a card number.

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Send us a message and we’ll reply by email.

What is a credit?

Credits are how ChannelForge meters work. One credit is $0.10 of list value, and every job — researching niches, building a kit, rendering an episode — is charged for what it actually used: model tokens and GPU seconds. A standard episode typically uses 40–70 credits.

Paid plans include credits every month, and credit packs top you up whenever you need more. See pricing

Which platforms does it publish to?

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You choose per channel where its episodes go. The Trial publishes to YouTube; paid plans include all four.

Do I need my own accounts on those platforms?

Yes. Channels publish to accounts you own: you connect your YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts through each platform’s own sign-in (OAuth), and you can disconnect them at any time. The access tokens are stored encrypted.

Who owns the content?

You do. The channels, brand suites and episodes made in your workspace belong to you. The Terms of Service set out the details.

Can I check episodes before they’re published?

Yes. Finished episodes land in your library first. Publish them by hand, let the schedule take them, or hold any episode so it doesn’t go out until you release it.

Which languages are supported?

English comes first. The language is a setting on each brief, so you can configure it per project. If you need a particular language, tell us.

What happens if a video fails the quality checks?

The critic sends it back for fix rounds until it meets every gate — picture, pacing, captions, narration, loudness, flashes and variety. If it still falls short after its rounds, it’s held: it isn’t published, and it isn’t charged.

Is this stock footage stitched together?

No. Every channel gets its own renderer, templates and style, and every episode is animated from scratch — scenes, a narration in the channel’s own synthetic voice with the captions that go with it, music and sound design, and a thumbnail — before the critic reviews it.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew. Plan credits expire at the end of each period; credit packs stay valid for 12 months. See the Refund Policy.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU. The app, its database and media storage run on AWS in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), behind Cloudflare. Episodes are rendered on GPUs in Google Cloud regions. The sub-processor list has every provider we use.
