Refund Policy
Effective . ChannelForge is provided by StoresWiki LLC.
Cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the period ends. You are never charged for a generation that fails because of us.
1. Subscriptions
- You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your plan’s features and remaining credits until then.
- After the period ends, the plan does not renew and you are not charged again.
- We do not refund the unused part of a billing period that has already started, except where the law requires it.
- Upgrading a card subscription takes effect at once: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period and receive the new plan’s extra credits for the rest of the current month. A downgrade, or a switch from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Plan credits
Credits included with a plan expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for. They do not roll over, have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. Credit packs
Purchased credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which unused pack credits expire. Jobs always use the credits that expire soonest first, so plan credits are normally used before pack credits.
4. Failed generations
- A generation that fails because of the platform — for example a renderer, GPU or internal error — is not charged. Any credits reserved for it are released.
- An episode that still does not pass the quality critic after its fix rounds is held for you and is not charged.
- If you believe a job was charged when it should not have been, tell us and we will review it and restore the credits where the charge was our mistake.
5. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we will correct it, including by refunding the payment where appropriate. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal — it is usually faster.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, including any right to withdraw from a purchase that applies to you.
7. How to ask
Email support@storeswiki.com with your workspace name and, where you have one, the invoice number. These rules also form part of our Terms of Service.
