How credits work
Credits meter the work ChannelForge does for you. A standard episode typically uses 40–70 credits; a premium episode, made with the Opus-class agent, 150–250.
One credit is $0.10 of list value
Paid plans include a monthly allowance, the trial includes a one-time grant, and credit packs add more whenever you need them.
Metered from real usage
Every job — niche research, a kit build, an episode — is charged for the model tokens and GPU seconds it used, so a short, simple episode costs less than a long, scene-heavy one.
Reserved, then settled
A job reserves credits when it starts and won’t start without them. When it finishes you pay what it actually used, and the rest of the reservation is released.
Platform failures aren’t charged
A generation that fails because of the platform isn’t charged, and neither is an episode that’s held after its fix rounds.
Bigger plans, better rate
Higher plans convert usage into credits at a lower rate, so the same job uses fewer credits on a bigger plan.
Soonest-expiring first
Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period and packs after 12 months; jobs always draw on the credits that expire soonest.
Credit packs
Top up at any time. Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Pricing questions
Not covered here? Ask us and we’ll reply by email.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Trial includes 400 credits once you confirm your email, with no card required. It covers 1 project with up to 2 channels: niche research, the brand and kit build, standard-quality episodes and publishing to YouTube.
What happens when I run out of credits?
New jobs need credits to start. Add a credit pack or move to a larger plan whenever you like — nothing you’ve already made is removed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credit packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase, and jobs always use the credits that expire soonest first.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for the year up front, and it costs the same as 10 months on the monthly price — 2 months free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew. The Refund Policy has the details.
Are failed videos charged?
No. A generation that fails because of the platform isn’t charged. An episode that still doesn’t pass the critic after its fix rounds is held for you, not published and not charged.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, and PayPal where it is available. Both run on their own secure pages, so we never see or store your card number.
Do you offer volume or agency pricing?
Agency is built for agencies and media companies. For volume credit pricing, dedicated GPU capacity or custom models, talk to us about Enterprise.
