Acceptable Use Policy

Effective . ChannelForge is provided by StoresWiki LLC.

ChannelForge makes channels that publish under your name. This policy keeps what they publish honest, lawful and safe. It applies to everything you create, generate or publish with the Service.

1. No impersonation

  • Do not present content as made, voiced, endorsed or approved by a real person, brand or organization that did not make or approve it.
  • Do not invent quotes, statements or actions and attribute them to real people or organizations.
  • Do not imitate a real person’s voice or likeness, or a brand’s identity, without permission.
  • Talking about real people, organizations and events factually — history, science, news — is fine.

2. No deceptive content

  • No fabricated news, fake evidence, scams or misleading health, financial or legal claims.
  • No content designed to mislead voters or interfere with elections.
  • No fake engagement: no buying or automating views, likes, comments or subscribers.
  • Label synthetic or altered content wherever a platform or the law requires it.

3. No harmful content

  • No content that sexualizes minors. This is never allowed and is reported to the authorities.
  • No sexually explicit content, and nothing that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred of people for who they are.
  • No content that promotes violence or terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities and challenges.
  • No content that facilitates illegal activity.

4. No copyright or trademark infringement

  • Only provide material you have the right to use, and do not ask the Service to reproduce copyrighted characters, music, footage or text you have no rights to.
  • Do not use other people’s trademarks in a way that suggests they are behind your channel.
  • If you receive a takedown notice, deal with it promptly. We may remove or hold content we believe infringes.

5. Platform rules apply

Everything you publish must also follow the rules of the platform it is published on — YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn each have community guidelines, spam and repetitive-content rules, monetization policies and disclosure requirements. Where a platform’s rules are stricter than this policy, they apply.

6. No abuse of the Service

  • Do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities except as our disclosure guidelines allow.
  • Do not try to get around plan limits, credit metering, rate limits or access controls.
  • Do not access other workspaces’ data, overload the Service, or use it to send spam.
  • Do not resell or share access to the Service beyond the seats on your plan without our written agreement.

7. Enforcement

If we believe a workspace breaks this policy, we may hold or remove episodes, pause publishing, disconnect platforms, or suspend or close the workspace — and where the law requires it, report what we found. We will usually tell you what happened and why, unless doing so would be unlawful or would put people at risk. Breaking this policy is also a breach of the Terms of Service.

8. Reporting abuse

If you see content made with ChannelForge that breaks these rules, tell us at support@storeswiki.com.
