Cookie Policy
Effective . ChannelForge is provided by StoresWiki LLC.
We use only the cookies the Service needs to work and stay secure. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognize the browser on later requests. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in a comparable way.
2. The cookies we set
All of these are set only by ChannelForge and sent only over HTTPS. The first three are strictly necessary and not readable by scripts. The last two are set only when you ask for what they do — following an invitation link, or choosing “Build this channel” in the free niche finder — and hold nothing secret.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
forge_session | Keeps you signed in. It holds a random token; the server stores only a hash of it. | Up to 30 days |
forge_2fa | Remembers that your password was accepted while you complete two-factor sign-in. | 5 minutes |
forge_csrf | Protects forms in the app against cross-site request forgery. | 24 hours |
forge_ref | Remembers whose invitation link you followed, so you both get the referral credits if you subscribe. | 30 days |
forge_niche_pick | Carries the niche you picked in the free niche finder to your new workspace, so it can be built for you. | 7 days |
3. Cookies set by others
- Cloudflare, which protects the Service, may set security cookies such as
__cf_bmorcf_clearancewhen its bot protection or a security check needs them. - Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies on their payment pages, under their own policies. Those pages are separate from ChannelForge.
4. Local storage
If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser’s local storage remembers it under forge-theme. It never leaves your device.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Because ours are strictly necessary, blocking them will stop sign-in and forms from working. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
