Terms of Service

Effective . ChannelForge is provided by StoresWiki LLC.

The short version: your content is yours, you are responsible for what you publish, credits are metered from real usage, and you can cancel at any time. The full terms follow.

1. Who we are

ChannelForge is provided by StoresWiki LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States (“StoresWiki”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between us and you, the person or organization using ChannelForge (“you”). If you use ChannelForge for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

ChannelForge is a web application that researches niches, drafts faceless video channels, builds each channel’s animation kit and brand suite, generates animated episodes with an automated quality review, and publishes them on a schedule to the platforms you connect (the “Service”). We may improve, change or retire features. If a change materially reduces a paid part of the Service, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password and second factor safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • A workspace is controlled by its owner. Owners and admins decide who has access and with which role (owner, admin, editor or viewer).
  • Tell us promptly at support@storeswiki.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

4. Your content

  • “Your content” means what you put into the Service (briefs, settings, instructions and uploads) and what the Service produces for your workspace (research results, channel drafts, brand suites, scripts, episodes, captions and thumbnails).
  • As between you and us, you own your content. To the extent we hold any rights in output generated for your workspace, we assign them to you.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, render, store, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide and secure the Service — including sending it to the platforms you connect when you, or your schedule, publish it.
  • AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar output may be produced for others. We do not promise that output is unique or that it can be registered or protected.
  • You are responsible for having the rights to anything you provide to the Service.

5. Connected platforms

  • You can connect YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts through each platform’s own authorization (OAuth). You authorize us to act on those accounts within the permissions you grant: to publish and schedule posts and to read the analytics shown in your workspace.
  • Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, including their rules on spam, monetization and the disclosure of synthetic or altered content. You are responsible for following them.
  • Platforms may change or withdraw features, limits or approvals at any time, and we are not responsible for their availability or their decisions about your accounts. You can disconnect a platform from your workspace at any time, and revoke our access from the platform’s own settings.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not, we may hold episodes, pause publishing, or suspend or close the workspace concerned.

7. AI output and your review

  • Episodes are produced by AI models and checked by an automated critic against quality gates. That review reduces mistakes; it does not guarantee that output is accurate, appropriate or compliant.
  • Finished episodes land in your library before they are published. You decide whether they are published by hand or on a schedule, and you can hold any episode. You are responsible for what is published from your workspace.

8. Plans, credits and payment

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Plans include credits for each billing period, and credit packs can be bought separately. Credits are metered from actual usage as described on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and are refundable only as the Refund Policy says.
  • Plan credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under their terms. If a payment fails, we may pause work that needs credits until it is resolved.
  • We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

9. Cancellation and termination

  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as described in the Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, do not pay, misuse the Service or put others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to put things right.
  • When a workspace is closed, its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you have copies of anything you want to keep.

10. Our commitments

We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care, and protect your data as described on our Security page and in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, revenue or any platform’s approval of your channels.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of connected platforms, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law requires a change sooner. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which StoresWiki LLC is organized and by applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

16. General

These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
