Everything ChannelForge does
All 68 features, in eight groups by the job they do: what each one does, the plan that includes it, what still waits on a platform, and the guide that explains it.
- Plan: Every plan

Plans and prices are on Pricing; how to use each feature is in the documentation.
Plan
Find a niche worth a channel, start from what already works, and stay original. 7 features.
- Plan: Every plan
Niche research
Describe a brief and get niches scored for demand, competition, renderability, depth, risk and entertainment.
Start a project with a sentence about what you want. ChannelForge researches it and proposes niches, each scored before you commit to one.
Each niche you pick becomes a channel draft — name, handles, voice, palette and first topics — and a whole shortlist drafts in one click.
- Plan: Every plan
Proven formats
Start from one of eight formats that already work, with its kit and look ready, so the first episode can be made today.
The eight formats are “How machines work”, “Space, to scale”, “What if…?”, “Oddly satisfying physics”, “Journeys into the deep”, “Be there in history”, “What happens to your body” and “Illusions and brain teasers”.
Your channel still gets its own name, handles and voice, and a look of its own — its own hue, grade and accent — without waiting for a new kit to be built.
- Plan: Free, no account
Free niche finder
Type a sentence and get scored niche ideas with no account, then build the one you like.
The public niche finder proposes scored niches from one sentence, with no sign-up and no card.
Choose “Build this channel”, create your account, and your workspace’s start page offers exactly that niche.
- Plan: Every plan
Originality guard
Every new episode is compared with its channel’s history and with other channels of its format, so no channel feels interchangeable.
Topics that repeat one of a channel’s last 50 episodes are set aside before anything is made. An episode that reuses a title, an opening or a script goes back for a fix round, and one far too close is held and not charged.
Other workspaces’ episodes are compared as fingerprints only: no one ever sees anyone else’s work. Each episode keeps a record of its sources, facts and checks, ready for an appeal.
- Plan: Free, no account
Free originality checker
Paste a channel’s titles and see whether it looks templated: free, with nothing you paste stored.
Paste up to 50 titles and descriptions, or a YouTube Studio export, and get a plain-words report on templates, identical openings, near-duplicate titles and keyword stuffing.
It calls no YouTube service and keeps nothing but an anonymous count. Signed-in members can ask for a short written explanation, charged to their workspace like any job.
- Plan: Creator and above
Outlier radar
Watch the accounts of your niche, see what breaks out, and turn the idea — never the video — into an original episode.
“Make a brief” turns up to three outliers, or an idea of your own, into topics with a different angle, and a remake is refused. How many accounts you can watch grows with the plan: 5 on Creator, 20 on Pro, 100 on Agency and 500 on Enterprise.
Other accounts’ posts and counts are deleted after 30 days.
Note: YouTube outlier scores wait for Google’s approval, and Instagram accounts for Meta’s app review. Until then the radar lists the YouTube uploads of the accounts you watch, as YouTube reports them.
- Plan: Creator and above
Comment themes to topics
Each week the comments on your own posts are grouped into questions and requests, and the best become topics.
Every theme quotes real comments, and one you acted on in the last four weeks is not suggested again. For each channel, choose whether themes are only suggested or planned straight into its backlog.
It runs weekly, is charged what it used, and can be switched off on its page.
Note: YouTube comments are left out until Google approves it.
Create
A look of its own for every channel, then episodes, films and more, animated from code. 19 features.
- Plan: Every plan
Channel kits
Each channel gets its own renderer, built for it on our GPUs: real-time 3D and 2D scenes, templates and a style gallery.
Every episode is drawn with the channel’s kit, so the channel always looks like itself, and a reference episode proves the kit before the first real one.
A channel started from a proven format starts from that format’s kit instead, so no kit has to be built.
- Plan: Every plan
Brand suites
A logo, banners, covers and every image size each platform asks for, with the copy to match, downloadable as a ZIP.
Drawn from the channel’s palette and type: a profile picture, banners laid out as each platform shows them, covers and highlight icons, plus its name, promise, bio and descriptions, each counted against the platform’s limit.
The channel’s brand page also holds first posts, hashtag sets and a checklist for setting up each account.
- Plan: Every plan
Original episodes
Narrated shorts of two to three minutes, animated from code scene by scene, with captions, music and a thumbnail — never stock footage.
Each episode is planned against the channel’s kit, looked at in stills before the full render, then rendered on a GPU with its narration, one band of captions, music, sound design and a thumbnail.
Every episode also gets an edit under 90 seconds for the platforms that want one, and lands in your library with its titles, description and tags.
- Plan: Every plan
Narrators
Choose each channel’s narrator from 30 natural voices, speaking the channel’s own language.
The narration sets the clock the picture and captions follow, and the music is mixed under every word.
A line already spoken is kept, so a fix round or a re-render never pays for it twice.
- Plan: Every plan
Voice casts
Up to three more voices for a channel’s characters, each line spoken by its own voice.
Give a channel a cast of up to three roles beside its narrator. The writer gives each line its speaker, and a check makes sure every line is voiced by someone in the cast.
- Plan: Pro and above
Brand voice
Your own voice for your channels, made only from recordings you consent to, and deleted the moment you withdraw.
Record the consent statement and your samples in the app; the consent is kept with the exact words you said.
Withdraw at any time, and the voice, both recordings and its cached lines are deleted within minutes.
Note: Consent and recordings are taken today; the voice itself is made once Google enables custom voices for us.
- Plan: Every plan
Channel mascot
A recurring character drawn in the channel’s own style, approved by you before it appears in episodes.
The mascot is built into the channel’s kit and checked, and its character sheet is rendered for you to look at.
Approve it, and the next episodes bring it in.
- Plan: Every plan
Caption styles
Classic, pop, highlight, outline or boxed captions, in the channel’s brand accent.
Choose a style on a channel’s page, under Episode style; new episodes use it, and classic stays the default.
Highlight marks one key word in each caption. Every style keeps the same reading rules, so captions stay as readable as before.
- Plan: Every plan
Endings that loop
The last seconds lead back into the opening, so a short replays without a jump — measured before it can pass.
Turn it on for a channel under Episode style. The closing line leads into the first, and the call to action moves to the middle.
A check measures the seam from the last frame to the first, and an episode with a visible jump goes back for a fix.
- Plan: Every plan
50 languages
Make channels in 50 languages — script, narration and captions — with right-to-left and Asian scripts set properly.
The writer works in the channel’s language and the narrator speaks it. Captions follow each script’s own rules: Arabic and Hebrew right to left, Chinese and Japanese lines broken by their own rules, Thai by word, Indian scripts kept whole.
Reading pace and caption length are measured in each script’s own units.
- Plan: Every plan
Translations
Translate a finished episode into another language: every caption and label, spoken again and rendered with the channel’s kit.
From an episode’s page, under Other languages: the words a viewer sees are translated with every timing kept, the narration is spoken again in the new language, and the episode is rendered and checked again.
Post it yourself with its ready-to-post pack, or let a language twin post translations on its own schedule.
- Plan: Creator and above
Language twins
A twin channel in another language that mirrors each new episode, or makes its own, on its own accounts and times.
A mirror twin translates each new episode of its source; a native twin makes episodes of its own. A twin posts only to its own accounts, at minutes apart from its source’s.
With the channel’s consent, its YouTube videos can also carry titles and descriptions in other languages.
- Plan: Creator and above
Long-form films
16:9 films of 6 to 10 minutes in acts — simulations, captions, chapter cards and an orchestral score, no narration — at a fixed price quoted before they start.
Each film is researched, fact-checked and scripted, built act by act on a GPU of its own, and reviewed against an 8 out of 10 floor, with up to two improvement rounds included.
It comes with captions, a thumbnail, an Instagram teaser and a posting pack for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. A film that falls short is held and costs nothing; a 6-minute film is 2,400 credits.
Note: Films are made, reviewed and downloadable today; posting them straight to the platforms is being switched on.
- Plan: Every plan
Compilations
Stitch 3 to 12 of a channel’s shorts into one 16:9 video with chapters, typically for one credit.
Each short plays at full height over a blurred fill of itself, with short fades between them, even loudness and chapters written into the description.
It takes minutes, and the compilation is ready to post from its own page.
- Plan: Creator and above
Carousels
Every episode can also become a photo carousel — its key frames, a cover and a closing slide — posted at a time of its own, for no credits.
Five to eight frames at the episode’s key lines, a cover in the channel’s colours and a closing slide for each platform, sized for each.
Carousels go to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads at a minute of their own each day, never close to the channel’s video posts. Turn them on for each channel.
Note: TikTok photo posts are not open yet.
- Plan: Every plan
Product videos
Give a product’s page and get a channel of cutaway shorts and films about how it works, every claim quoted from its sources.
ChannelForge reads the product’s page and your specs, keeps only the claims it can quote from a source, and models the product’s parts for cutaway views. You approve the model before any episode is made.
Every post carries your link and call to action. Someone else’s product that you earn from gets an “Ad” disclosure in its words, its posts and YouTube’s paid-promotion setting.
- Plan: Creator and above
Clips from your own footage
Upload long recordings you own and get vertical, captioned clips of their best moments, framed around the subject.
ChannelForge transcribes your upload, finds its best moments of 20 to 89 seconds in whole sentences, and frames each one to 9:16 around the subject, in the channel’s caption style.
Each clip is checked like an episode and posts on the channel’s schedule. Nothing is ever downloaded from YouTube or anywhere else: uploads only, with your confirmation that you hold the rights.
- Plan: Every plan
The editor
Change a finished episode — a line, a caption, a scene, or up to three changes in your own words — and only that is made again.
Rewrite a narration line, change a caption, cut or move scenes, switch the caption style, or ask for up to three changes in plain words, with the price shown first.
A revision that does not pass its checks is not charged, and the current version stays. Every version is kept, and a post already published never changes.
Check
Nothing goes out until it passes the gates, the critic and, if you want, you. 7 features.
- Plan: Every plan
Quality gates
Every video is measured before it can pass: picture, pacing, captions, narration, loudness, flashes and variety.
The gates catch what a viewer would notice: a black or frozen picture, captions too fast to read, flashing beyond the accessibility limit, an episode too like the channel’s recent ones.
A failure sends the episode back for a fix round before the critic sees it.
- Plan: Every plan
The independent critic
A separate reviewer scores each episode for entertainment, facts and platform policy; below 8 out of 10, it goes back.
The critic did not write the episode and judges it as a viewer would, narration included. Below 8 out of 10, it goes back for fix rounds.
One that still falls short is held for you: not published, and not charged. Release it at its cost if you want it anyway.
- Plan: Every plan
Units, symbols and facts
Every text — narration, captions, titles and posts — is held to standard units and symbols, with facts tied to sources.
A guard checks every unit and symbol ChannelForge writes — “9.8 m/s²” on screen, said in words by the narrator — in shorts and films, titles, posts and replies.
Facts come from each topic’s own research, with their sources, and the critic checks them.
- Plan: Every plan
Original and reviewed
Each passed episode carries a record of what makes it original and what the critic found, ready if a platform asks.
Every frame of an animated episode is drawn by code made for its channel — no footage, no stock images, no samples — and the episode’s page says so, with the critic’s own results.
Each platform still decides monetisation under its own rules; the record is what you show it.
- Plan: Every plan
Approvals on your phone
Ask for approval before a channel posts: swipe through what is waiting on your phone, with a digest each morning.
Turn on “Ask for approval” for a channel, and its schedule posts only what you approved; an empty slot says how many are waiting.
Approve or hold from the swipe deck or the episode’s page. Owners and admins get one digest a morning.
- Plan: Every plan
Storyboard approval
Approve each episode’s hook, scenes and facts before any GPU time is spent — or edit the beats, or send it back.
The next episode is planned as a board: its hook, five to nine scenes with what is said and shown and the facts behind them, the payoff and the call to action. Approve it, edit it inline, or reject it with a reason, and the next topic is boarded.
Choose how long a board waits and what happens then, and ask up to five people outside the workspace to review.
- Plan: Every plan
Review links for clients
Share an episode, a storyboard or a film with someone outside your workspace — no account needed — and collect their answer.
A link lasts 3, 7 or 14 days, takes one answer and can be revoked; “Request changes” holds the episode.
Review links for films are on Pro and above.
Publish
Your schedule and your accounts, on nine platforms, and never the same post twice. 6 features.
- Plan: Creator and above
Nine platforms
YouTube on every plan, and Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Pinterest on Creator and above — all from accounts you own.
Connect each account through the platform’s own sign-in; its access is sealed the moment it arrives, and you can disconnect at any time.
The Trial posts to YouTube; Creator and above post to all nine. Each platform’s own rules come first.
- Plan: Every plan
Schedules
Posting days and times for each channel and platform, in your time zone, with a stock of ready episodes kept ahead.
The calendar shows what goes out when, and the Publishing page says why a slot stayed empty: waiting for approval, short of credits, or a platform’s daily limit.
Each account is paced: one post per platform at each of a channel’s times, never a flood.
- Plan: Every plan
One-click autopilot
One click sets a channel up end to end — research or a format, the kit, the first episode, the brand — then keeps going.
Each step starts when the one before it ends. Short of credits, it waits and resumes by itself; a failed step is tried once more, then it tells you.
You get one email when the first episode is ready.
- Plan: Every plan
Never posted twice
A failed post is retried, and one that may already be live is looked for first: nothing goes out twice.
When a platform’s answer is lost, the post is marked as possibly live. Where the platform can be read, the next try looks for it first; elsewhere a person confirms before it is retried.
A slot that could not be filled is reported with its reason.
- Plan: Every plan
Ready-to-post packs
Everything to post an episode yourself, anywhere: the video, its edit, titles, captions, tags and thumbnail.
Under Post it yourself on an episode’s page, each platform’s words are written to its own limits, with a copy button and a counter for each.
The X text is exactly what ChannelForge would post.
- Plan: Every plan
Link-in-bio pages
A public page for each channel with its latest episodes and your links, counting clicks without cookies.
The page uses the channel’s brand suite and lists its platform profiles, its latest posts and up to 20 links of your own, with UTM tags added for you.
Clicks are counted per link and day, with no cookie and nothing personal stored. Claim a short handle for a tidy address.
The nine platforms, one by one
What each one takes, the rule worth knowing, and what it still waits on.
YouTube
Plan: Every planShorts with their titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, at the channel’s times.
YouTube allows a set number of uploads a day; once ChannelForge’s are used, the next post waits for YouTube’s next day and the slot says so.

Plan: Creator and aboveEach episode at the channel’s times, with words written for X and no link.

Grow
Your own numbers, measured honestly and turned into the next episodes. 9 features.
- Plan: Creator and above
Analytics
Views, likes and comments of your posts in one place, by channel and by platform, with your top episodes.
The Analytics page follows each post’s counters on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, by channel and by platform.
Posts on the other platforms are counted, without view figures.
- Plan: Creator and above
Insights
Every post measured from your own accounts and tested inside each channel, with how sure each finding is.
Insights compares each channel with your others and tests what you vary — titles, length, quality, the critic’s score — inside each channel, labelling every finding strong, suggestive or not detectable yet.
Nothing is estimated or extrapolated, and no channel is compared with another customer’s.
Note: YouTube’s numbers are shown as YouTube reports them, and the tests run on Facebook and Instagram. Instagram views and reach, and watch time, wait for Meta’s app review.
- Plan: Creator and above
Studio
One dashboard over everything you publish on every connected account: the library, the inbox, the numbers and each account’s health.
Studio gathers every post — made with ChannelForge or not — with its numbers over time and its comments, by account, by channel and by video.
Its Health tab shows what each account lets ChannelForge read and do.
- Plan: Pro and above
Studio writing and the inbox assistant
Reply to comments and change titles, descriptions and thumbnails from Studio, every change checked, logged and read back.
Each change is checked again, sent, read back from the platform and kept in a ledger, and editors’ changes can wait for an admin’s approval.
The inbox assistant answers comments on your own posts the way a person would, and only where you switch it on in the Inbox.
Note: Replies on Facebook and Instagram wait for Meta’s app review.
- Plan: Every plan
Hook lab
Each new episode gets two or three alternative openings, and each platform of a slot posts a different one.
A question the video answers, an on-screen countdown, a flash-forward to the payoff: each opening is cut into the episode at one point and checked like the episode itself.
What holds a channel’s viewers is measured per platform and passed to its next scripts.
Note: Making and posting the openings works today; measuring which one holds viewers waits for Meta’s app review and Google’s approval.
- Plan: Creator and above
Packaging lab
Three title-and-thumbnail packages for each film, scored before you test them in YouTube Studio.
Packages are written from the film’s own facts and checked against YouTube’s rules. Test them with YouTube Studio’s Test & compare, record the winner, and the channel’s next packages learn from it.
Refresh an older video’s title, description or thumbnail one change at a time, each shown and agreed to before it runs.
Note: Automatic picks of videos worth refreshing wait for Google’s approval; choosing one yourself works today.
- Plan: Creator and above
Retention learning
Where viewers leave each episode is mapped onto its script and turned into rules the next scripts follow.
Steep drops and rewatched moments are matched to the lines, captions and cuts on the episode’s timeline. Once five episodes are measured on a platform, the channel gets rules, each tested and labelled with how strong it is.
Give the rules to the channel’s writer and critic with one switch, off until you turn it on.
Note: Waits for Meta’s app review (Facebook and Instagram watch time) and Google’s approval (YouTube).
- Plan: Creator and above
Breakout follow-ups
When an episode takes off you are told, and the channel can queue sequels while the interest lasts.
A breakout is a post at three times its own channel’s usual views at the same age, on the same platform. Where a channel allows it, two sequel topics go to the front of its backlog, with up to two extra episodes a week.
Every extra episode is priced and kept within your spending caps.
Note: Facebook posts are watched today. Instagram waits for Meta’s app review, and YouTube for Google’s approval.
- Plan: Creator and above
The weekly coach
A weekly brief that reads everything that happened and proposes actions you start with one click, each with its price.
Every Monday the coach reads your credits, queue, held episodes, connections, backlogs and findings, and recommends actions from a fixed list, each priced before you press it and every number checked against the facts.
It is charged what it used, never more than its weekly cap, and you can switch it off on its page.
Earn
Follow the road to YouTube’s Partner Program, see what each channel makes, and talk to sponsors. 4 features.
- Plan: Creator and above
Monetization tracker
Each YouTube channel’s progress to the YouTube Partner Program, in YouTube’s own numbers, and what changes on 1 February 2027.
Subscribers, long-form watch hours over 365 days and Shorts engaged views over 90 days, beside YouTube’s own thresholds, with a countdown to 1 February 2027.
You are told the first time a channel crosses a threshold.
Note: YouTube’s own numbers are shown today; projections wait for Google’s approval.
- Plan: Creator and above
Profit per channel
What each channel costs and earns, side by side: credits at your own price, your own lines in any currency, and YouTube’s revenue.
Spend is what you paid ChannelForge, at your own price per credit. Add your own costs and income in any currency, converted at the European Central Bank’s rates, and export a CSV for your books.
Connect YouTube with revenue to see YouTube’s own figure beside them.
Note: Projections leave YouTube’s revenue out until Google approves it.
- Plan: Creator and above
Sponsorship media kit
A link you share with sponsors: the channel, its reach, its audience with your consent, and a suggested rate card.
Edit the kit beside a preview of what a sponsor sees, then share it as a link, a printable page or a PDF. Replace or stop the link at any time.
Rates are suggested as a starting point; type your own whenever you like.
Note: Rates from YouTube reach wait for Google’s approval, and Instagram audiences for Meta’s app review.
- Plan: Every plan
Referrals
Invite people with your link, and you both get 300 credits once their first paid plan has run 14 days.
Your link is remembered for 30 days. The credits last 12 months, and yours land in a workspace you own.
Note: Rewards follow a paid plan, so they begin once checkout for paid plans opens.
Scale and connect
Teams, client work as an agency, and your own code, assistant and automations. 9 features.
- Plan: Every plan
Workspaces, teams and roles
Shared workspaces with owner, admin, editor and viewer roles, and teams that share projects.
Invite people by email, give each a role, and restrict projects to teams. Seats grow with the plan, from one on the Trial to 20 on Agency.
Every action that matters is in the workspace’s audit log.
- Plan: Agency and above
Agency mode
Run client workspaces under your own brand: a white-label portal, connect links, monthly reports and rebilling.
Each client gets a portal in your name and colours, where their people approve work, connect accounts and read reports; ChannelForge is never named to them.
Set a retainer or a markup for each client and get monthly statements as CSV and PDF.
Note: Statements are made for you to bill from; invoicing clients through your own Stripe account is not switched on yet.
- Plan: Pro and above
REST API
Projects, channels, episodes, jobs, quotes and approvals from your own code, with scoped keys.
Every paid action quotes first, and a request can name the most it may spend. Keys are scoped to read, write, jobs or publish, and rate-limited.
The API carries ChannelForge’s own data, never a platform’s analytics.
- Plan: Pro and above
MCP server
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client to your workspace; it quotes before it spends.
Add it as a custom connector and sign in with ChannelForge, or use a workspace key. It checks credits, quotes and starts episodes, works the approval queue, follows jobs and changes schedules.
It never posts to a platform and never passes on platform analytics.
- Plan: Pro and above
Webhooks
Signed events the moment work finishes, with retries, a delivery log and formats for Slack and Discord.
Subscribe to episodes ready or held, finished jobs, posts, storyboards and more. Each delivery is signed, retried on a schedule and listed in its log, with a test event and a resend.
REST hooks let your automations subscribe and unsubscribe themselves.
- Plan: Pro and above
n8n, Make and Zapier
Use ChannelForge in your automations through REST hooks and the API.
Webhooks and REST hooks start your scenarios; the API, with a workspace key, does the rest.
Note: ChannelForge’s own n8n, Make and Zapier apps are not in their directories yet; REST hooks and the API work today.
- Plan: Free, no account
llms.txt, pricing.md and OpenAPI
Plain files that describe ChannelForge to assistants, crawlers and code generators.
llms.txt sums up the product, pricing.md the plans and what things cost, and the OpenAPI file every endpoint of the API.
- Plan: Every plan
Live job progress
Every job shows where it is and how far along — queued, building, rendering, in review — with what it held and charged.
The Activity page lists every job with its phase and progress while it runs, and its credits when it ends.
Settings → Usage shows the model work and GPU time behind your credits, day by day.
- Plan: Every plan
A fair-share GPU fleet
Render machines across clouds start when there is work and stop when idle, and larger plans run more jobs at once.
Jobs wait in a fair-share queue — plan first, then whoever has used the least GPU time lately — so one busy workspace never crowds out the rest.
A machine lost mid-job is replaced, and the job runs again at no charge.

Honest credits, private data and the security your accounts need. 7 features.
- Plan: Every plan
The fair-credits promise
Every job shows its price before it starts, failures on our side cost nothing, and unused plan credits roll over once.
A job is charged what it really used, at your plan’s rate, and what it held beyond that comes back at once. The credit history shows every charge, and every job that was not charged.
Set monthly spending caps for the workspace and for any channel, and cancel a plan in two clicks.
- Plan: Every plan
Security
TLS end to end, sealed platform tokens, argon2id and two-factor sign-in, and roles in every workspace.
Tokens and secrets are sealed with AES-256-GCM, sessions are revocable, every query is scoped to its workspace, and important actions are logged.
Card details stay with Stripe and PayPal; we never see them.
- Plan: Every plan
Tenants kept apart
Each job runs as its own user, in a folder no other job can enter, with no internet while the code written for it runs.
The render machines hold no cloud or model keys: model calls go through a metering gateway, with a budget-capped token for each job.
Media stays in private storage and is served only through short-lived signed links.
- Plan: Every plan
Privacy and EU hosting
Hosted in Frankfurt, personal data never sold, and a deleted workspace’s connections and platform data gone within 7 days.
The app, its database and media storage run in AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), behind Cloudflare. What we read from your accounts stays inside your workspace and is never combined with anyone else’s.
When a workspace is deleted, its platform tokens, connections and everything read from the platforms for it are deleted within 7 days.
- Plan: Every plan
Platform rules come first
Official APIs only, and each platform’s rules kept — from YouTube’s data rules to the posts TikTok and Pinterest want a person to make.
Other accounts’ public numbers are kept no longer than 30 days, data of different owners is never combined, and every post TikTok or Pinterest wants a person to choose is made by you, one at a time.
Promotions carry the disclosures they need.
- Plan: Free, no account
Public status page
The live health of ChannelForge’s services and any open incidents, for anyone to check.
The status page is refreshed every 30 seconds from the same checks that watch the system for us.
