A tour of your workspace

Where everything is in the app, in sidebar order: the overview, projects, channels, episodes, approvals, films, the calendar, publishing, Studio, analytics and the learning pages, activity and settings.

Everything in a workspace is reached from the sidebar on the left (on a phone, the menu button at the top). This page walks it from top to bottom and says what each page is for, what you can do there and where to read more. Some entries appear only when they have something to show, and a few open fully on Creator and above — on a smaller plan their page says what the feature does and where to upgrade.

The workspace switcher#

At the very top: the workspace's name and its plan. Press it to switch to another workspace you belong to, or choose Create workspace. Everything below it — projects, channels, credits, members — belongs to the workspace shown.

Notifications#

The bell lists finished and failed jobs you started, new episodes, answers from review links and account notices, each linking to what it is about. Mark all read clears the count.

Overview#

The workspace at a glance. A new workspace shows Start your first channel; while a setup runs, its Autopilot card shows here too. Then four numbers — Credits available (with Add credits), Episodes · 30 days, Posts · 7 days and Working now — and the latest episodes, the latest jobs and your channels. Editors and above see New project and New channel at the top.

Projects#

Every project as a card: its brief, its state and how many niches and channels it has. New project opens the brief form. A project's page holds its Autopilot cards, its Channels (with Set up the N drafted channels and Add a channel from a format) and its Niche proposals (with Draft this channel, Draft the N shortlisted and Propose more). Rename and Pause project are at the top. See Niche research.

Channels#

Every channel across your projects, with its state. A channel's page is where most settings live:

  • At the top: the setup's step chips, and three cards — Renderer kit (Build the kit or Improve the kit), Brand suite (Open the brand suite, Build the brand) and Episodes (choose Standard or Premium, then Generate), each with its price.
  • Its episodes, its brand suite and its Look (stills from its kit).
  • Cards for what the channel makes: Episode style (caption styles, endings that loop), its product, clips from your footage, Originality, language twins, Mascot, YouTube titles in other languages.
  • Topic backlog with Plan 12 more; Identity; Narrator; Voices; Brand voice.
  • Publishing (the accounts linked to it, Manage connections) and Schedule & generation (slots, platforms, new episodes a day, keep ready, quality, Ask for approval before each episode posts), with the channel's Monthly spending cap below it.
  • Cards for growth and money: monetization, profit, the media kit, breakout follow-ups, carousels, Pinterest, Link-in-bio page, the hook lab, the coach, the outlier radar, retention, From your comments, storyboards.
  • Recent jobs and the Danger zone (Archive channel).

Start with Channels and kits.

Episodes#

The library: every episode, newest first, with tabs All, Ready, Published, Held and Failed and a filter by channel. An episode's page has the video and Download; under it Release for posting (a held episode) or Hold back from the schedule, Share for review and Other languages; then Publishing (one row per platform with Post now), the editor, Post it yourself, Original and reviewed, the Quality report, Originality and Details. See Episodes.

Approvals#

Shown once a channel asks for approval before it posts, or approves its storyboards first, with a count of what waits. It is a deck of cards made for a phone: swipe right to approve, left to hold. Storyboards waiting for an answer are above it. See Approvals on your phone.

Long-form#

Original 6 to 10 minute films, with tabs Overview, Films, New film, Schedule, Channels and Jobs. Its count is the films that need you: outlines to approve, held films, films to approve for posting, failed posts. Films are on paid plans; see Long-form films.

Calendar#

The next 7 days of scheduled slots in your own time zone (set it in Account & security), each with the channel, the platforms it posts to and how many episodes are ready — or nothing ready and no platform linked where that is the case.

Publishing#

Every post with its state — posted, failed, may be live — its link and its views, with tabs All, Posted, Failed and May be live. Below, Slots the scheduler could not fill: when, what (missed, empty, not-connected, over-budget, refused, capped, skipped) and why, in a sentence. This is the first place to look when something did not post. See Schedules and autopilot.

Studio#

Everything published on every account you connected, made here or not, in sections: Overview, Library, Inbox, Optimize, Thumbnails, Changes and Health. Reading is on Creator and above, replies and changes on Pro and above. See Studio: one inbox for every comment.

Analytics and the learning pages#

  • Analytics — the last 30 days: posts, views, likes and comments, by channel and by platform, and the top posts.
  • Insights — what each post did, measured from your own accounts and tested by code, with how sure each answer is. See Insights.
  • Coach — a weekly brief in which every recommendation is one click with its price. See The coach.
  • Outlier radar — the channels yours compete with and their newest uploads, and briefs for original episodes from the ideas you see there. Scoring their breakouts waits on Google's and Meta's approval; the page says what works today. See Outlier radar.
  • Retention — where viewers leave and rewatch, and the rules a channel's writer learns from it. See Retention to script loop.
  • Comment themes — what your viewers ask for, grouped every week and planned into topics. See Comment themes to topics.
  • Profit — what each channel earns against what it costs. See Profit per channel.

All of these are on Creator and above. The coach, the radar, retention and comment themes share a row of tabs, and each lets you pick the channel it shows.

Activity#

The workspace's jobs — research, builds, episodes, posts — newest first, with each one's channel, state, when it was queued, how long it took and its credits (reserved while it runs, charged once it ends), and tabs All, Active and Failed; the newest 100 are listed. A job's page has its live log, Cancel job while it runs, and Run again once it failed or was cancelled.

The work that runs by itself in the background is left out: the reads of your accounts (Insights, Studio, the outlier radar, monetization, profit, the media kit), retention learning, and the weekly coach brief and comment themes. Those two are charged; their lines are in Settings → Credit history.

Settings#

The settings pages share a tab strip:

TabWhat it holdsWho changes it

See Workspaces, projects, teams and roles, Billing, invoices and caps and Developer overview.

The credits meter and your account#

The Credits box at the bottom of the sidebar shows the workspace's balance, in red at zero or below; it opens Billing. Your name opens Account & security (your profile and time zone, email, password, two-factor sign-in, sessions, your data, deleting your account), Refer & earn, the light or dark Theme, and Sign out. Your account is yours in every workspace; see Your account and sign-in.

Pages reached from a channel or an episode#

Some pages have no sidebar entry because they belong to one channel or one episode:

  • a channel's Brand suite, its Media kit, its Footage (clips from your own long videos) and its compilation page (Make a compilation, once it has three ready episodes);
  • an episode's Post to TikTok and Pin to Pinterest screens, where each post is made by hand as those platforms ask;
  • a film's tabs, from Long-form;
  • your products, from Or show a product on the start page and from a product channel's page.

For agencies#

In an agency's workspace, a bar above every page lists its client workspaces, switches between them and opens the Agency console: clients, White label and Rebilling. See Agency mode.
