What's new

Every feature and improvement as it shipped, newest first — from the launch on 18 October 2026 to the three waves of 31 October and 1 November.

What changed in ChannelForge, newest first. Each entry is dated by when it first shipped; several features came first to a few workspaces and opened to every workspace on 1 November 2026. Where something still waits on a platform, the entry says so.

1 November 2026#

Every feature, for every workspace#

Every feature is now on for every workspace. Your plan decides what you can use: a page whose feature your plan does not include says which plan opens it ("… is on Pro and above"), and nothing that is not in your plan can start or be charged. Credits and plans.

Pricing, version 2#

  • Everything that costs us money now holds its typical cost before it starts and is charged what it used — and still nothing is charged for our failures or for held work.
  • The plan cards say how many standard episodes their credits typically make, measured from recent episodes, and the pricing page lists what things cost. Pricing.
  • The weekly coach and comment themes are charged what they use, with the most reserved and shown first; each can be switched off, and a week your balance cannot cover is skipped, never put on credit.
  • A new credit pack of 15,000 credits.
  • What you upload — footage, product pictures, voice recordings — counts against your plan's storage.

Units and symbols, written by the rules#

Every text an episode or a film shows or says now writes units by the SI rules — a space between a number and its unit, the right symbols, units said in words in the narration. A g-force is written "g-force" on screen, never a bare "g", and "1 g" is said "one gee", never "one gram". The writers are told, the quality gates check it, and the critic too. Units and facts.

Each customer's work kept apart on shared GPU machines#

A job's files on a GPU machine are closed to every other job, and while a short is being made the job reaches only our own services — no internet. GPU fleet.

Agency mode#

On the Agency plan: client workspaces under yours, a client portal in your own brand, connect links that bring your clients' accounts into their workspaces, monthly reports, and statements with your markup. Payouts through Stripe are not on yet: statements are for your own billing. Agency mode.

Product channels#

Give a product's page and specs, and get a channel of cutaway "how it works" shorts and films about it, every claim taken from the product's own sources. For someone else's product you earn from, posts say "Ad · I may earn from this link.", the video says "I may earn from it.", X, Threads and Bluesky posts carry #ad, and YouTube is asked to mark the video as a paid promotion — you are told if YouTube does not keep the mark, so you can tick it in YouTube Studio. Product kit.

Clips from your own footage#

Upload your own long videos — never a link — and get their best moments of 20 to 89 seconds as vertical clips that follow the subject, captioned in the channel's style, checked, and posted on its schedule. Clipping.

The light editor and storyboard approval#

Change a finished episode — a line, a caption, its scenes, or in plain words — as a checked revision; every version is kept and a revision that fails is not charged. A channel can also have each episode's storyboard approved before any rendering. Editor and storyboards.

More languages, twins, mascots and voices#

  • 50 languages, every script drawn properly — right-to-left, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, Thai, the Indian scripts — and translations into all of them.
  • Language twins: a channel of its own in another language. YouTube titles and descriptions in other languages, with each channel's consent.
  • A mascot for a channel, and voice casts of up to three voices beside the narrator.
  • A brand voice — your own voice, recorded with your consent (on Pro and above). The consent statements match Google's word for word, in more languages. The voice is made once Google opens the service to us.

The free originality checker is public#

Anyone can paste up to 50 titles into the originality checker and see templates, repeated openings and near-duplicates; the short written explanation is for signed-in members. Originality.

The Studio assistant answers only where you switch it on#

The inbox assistant now answers only in workspaces whose owners or admins switched it on in Studio → Inbox. Studio.

Privacy and terms#

The privacy policy, the Terms of Service and the sub-processor list describe every new feature, effective 2 November

  1. A deleted workspace's connections and everything read from the platforms are deleted within 7 days.

Privacy Policy.

31 October 2026#

The fair-credits promise#

The price before every job (what it reserves and what jobs like it typically cost), pay what it really uses, nothing for our failures or held work, unused plan credits rolled over once, spending caps for the workspace and each channel, a credit history in plain words with a CSV, and cancelling in two clicks. Pricing.

Automation and assistants#

An MCP server for assistants such as Claude, webhooks for every event with a delivery log and retries, REST hooks for n8n, Make and Zapier (their apps are built and waiting to be published), a quote endpoint, and machine-readable pricing and docs. Developers.

Growing#

  • Insights shows no figures of our own on YouTube's data until YouTube approves our derived-metrics amendment; YouTube's own numbers stay. Insights.
  • The monetization tracker, with the countdown to YouTube's new thresholds of 1 February 2027. Monetization tracker.
  • Breakout follow-ups: when an episode takes off, sequels at the front of the backlog (YouTube posts are judged once YouTube approves our derived-metrics amendment). Breakout follow-ups.
  • The hook lab: alternative openings, posted on different platforms; measuring them waits on Meta's App Review of our app and YouTube's approval. Hook lab.
  • The packaging lab for films, and the back-catalogue refresh for older YouTube videos, every change agreed to first (its automatic picks wait on YouTube's approval). Packaging lab.
  • The retention loop: where viewers leave, turned into rules for the writer; its measurements wait on Meta's App Review and YouTube's approval. Retention.
  • The coach: a weekly brief of one-click actions. The coach.
  • The outlier radar: other accounts' standout videos turned into original briefs for yours; scoring YouTube's videos waits on YouTube's approval, and reading Instagram on Meta's App Review. Outlier radar.
  • Comment themes: what your viewers ask for, planned into topics. Comment themes.

Making and posting#

  • Endings that loop and caption styles, per channel. Captions and endings.
  • Carousels from every episode, posted once a day. Carousels.
  • Bluesky publishing, and Pinterest (it opens when Pinterest approves our app). Bluesky · Pinterest
  • Link-in-bio: a public page of links per channel. Link-in-bio.
  • The originality guard on every episode. Originality.

Earning#

  • Profit per channel: income beside what each channel cost, in 30 currencies, with a CSV. Profit.
  • The sponsorship media kit, shared by a link you control. Media kit.

Fixes#

  • An episode whose fix round reaches its model budget is now judged on what it made — ready, or held for review — instead of being made again from the start.
  • The API never returns YouTube's data and offers no YouTube action.

26 October 2026#

  • The inbox assistant: comments on the posts ChannelForge made answered for you, at a person's pace.
  • Posting one slot to several platforms at once works on every platform.
  • LinkedIn publishing works, by hand and on the schedule. LinkedIn.

24 October 2026#

  • Studio: every connected account, post and comment in one place — Overview, Library, Inbox, Optimize, Thumbnails, Changes and Health — with every change kept and reversible where the platform allows. Studio.
  • The plan for agencies and media companies is now called Agency.

23 October 2026#

  • TikTok publishing, each post made on its episode's TikTok screen as TikTok requires (private until TikTok's audit of our app passes), and Threads publishing on the schedule. TikTok · Threads
  • YouTube's daily uploads are counted on their own: a slot past the day's allowance says so and posts after midnight Pacific time.

22 October 2026#

  • Insights: your posts on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram measured from your own accounts and tested inside each channel, with how sure each answer is. Insights.

21 October 2026#

  • Narrated episodes: every short read by its channel's own narrator, 2 to 3 minutes long, every word on screen in one band, a film finish on the picture, and its own 90-second edit for Facebook. Episodes.
  • X publishing, from ChannelForge's own X app. X.
  • The brand suite page: every picture and line of copy per platform, ready to copy or download as one ZIP. Brand suites.

20 October 2026#

  • Long-form films: original films of 6 to 10 minutes, at a fixed price quoted before they start, charged when they reach the floor (or when you release a held one). Films.
  • From a customer's walk through the product: several formats in one project, a whole shortlist drafted in one click, plain words for held episodes, and buttons that ask for a second press stay ready for 10 seconds.

19 October 2026#

The growth features:

  • The showcase: a public gallery of episodes ChannelForge made. Showcase.
  • Start from a proven format in one click, with a look of your own. Proven formats.
  • One-click setup: from a niche to a channel and its first episodes. Scheduling and autopilot.
